Agency Test Shoot Packages

Sydney runs use the same package logic as Brisbane. The only adjustment is studio-hire cost, which is added directly to studio sessions.

Which rate structure applies?

The package table below covers a streamlined agency test. The production setup, rather than the agency or talent category, determines which rate structure applies.

Standard agency rate: the photographer and one talent on set, with the talent arriving camera-ready and managing their own wardrobe changes.
Expanded production: briefs requiring hair and makeup, a stylist, agency or production attendance, additional crew, or substantially more set time are quoted separately using the premium portfolio-session structure as a guide.
Accessibility adjustments and a support person or chaperone are welcome and do not automatically move a booking to premium pricing. The quote only changes when the session needs additional time, crew, studio, or production resources.

Location notes

Sydney studio sessions are shot in hired studios, with hire billed at cost on top of the listed package rate.
Beach sessions for Sydney rates are photographed in Coogee.
Studio sessions can happen at any time of day. For beach sessions, I generally shoot around sunset to get a mix of hard light, soft light, and dusk for flash effects.
Beach sessions remain weather-dependent and can be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.

Hair, makeup and styling notes

My approach is natural and undone, so hair, makeup, and styling teams are usually not required on these test shoots.
A key part of this process is showing that you can arrive looking strong out of the box in your own model off-duty style.
That can feel exposing at first, but it is part of building confidence and readiness before campaign-level production environments.
Clothing-wise, bring basics: singlet, T-shirt, button-up shirt, jacket, denim, a knit, something strapless for beauty looks, and one outfit that feels like you in model off-duty mode.
For beach sessions, bring the same foundation pieces plus swimwear.
Hair and makeup: arrive as you would for castings. Keep it natural with moisturiser, lip gloss, brushed brows, light mascara, and groomed nails. Hair done but undone; together we will create a mix of hairstyles on set.
These listed packages assume a streamlined shoot with the photographer and one talent on set, without hair and makeup, styling, agency, or production crew.
Accessibility adjustments and a support person or chaperone are welcome and do not automatically change the rate.
If the brief requires additional crew or materially changes the session time, studio, or production requirements, I will provide a custom quote using the premium portfolio-session structure as a guide.

Deliverables and process

Proofs are shown within 48 hours for you to personally choose your finals, or I can choose for you.
Final selected images are professionally retouched and delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
Booking is confirmed by deposit, with remaining balance due before final delivery.
One reschedule is available with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
